How to care for your blower

1. Under normal conditions, the fan will run continuously for about one month, and the grease gun must be used to inject calcium-sodium grease or molybdenum disulfide grease into the bearing. The fan runs continuously for 3-6 months, and the grease should be replaced once to fill 2/3 of the bearing space.

2. Regular maintenance of the fan to eliminate the dust and dirt inside the fan.

3. When the fan is started, stopped or operated, if abnormal conditions are found, mainly including temperature, vibration, noise, etc., it should be overhauled immediately.

4. Use the adjustment device to keep the triangle tape in a uniform tension state, and it should not be too loose or too tight. Several triangles should be as long as possible.

5. For the unused standby machine or the fan that has been out of service for too long, the rotor should be rotated 120°-180° regularly to avoid the spindle from bending. Add a valve at the inlet or outlet of the fan, close it when starting, and open the valve after operation until it reaches the specified working conditions, and the inner ring and the shaft are tightened.
