Routine maintenance of roots pumps

When the roots vacuum pump is working, the rotor and the rotor and the pump body are not in contact with each other, so there is no direct wear, but because the gap is very small (generally 0.10~0.25mm), the transmission gear is worn after long-term operation, and when the tooth side clearance is greater than the minimum clearance between the rotor, it will collide and fail, and the gear should be replaced. The roots pump should be checked and maintained frequently or regularly according to the operating environment, check the wear of gears and bearings, check the dynamic sealing device, replace the sealing elements, check the rotor corrosion, rotor scaling, the corrosion and scaling of the pump body, and clean the rotor and pump chamber.
