Requirements for on-site installation of roots blower

1. Installation site

There should be a safe passage position no less than 1.5-2 meters around the fan. The operating ambient temperature of the fan shall not exceed 40 degrees Celsius. When the fan is installed indoors, it should ensure that the machine room has sufficient lighting, dry air and good ventilation. When installing the fan outdoors, please set up a sunscreen and rainproof shelter.

2. Basic requirements

The plane size of the foundation should be determined according to the size of the roots fan unit, and when the roots fan needs to be matched with a sound insulation cover, it should be determined according to the size of the sound insulation cover.

3. Installation

After the level and elevation of roots fan unit are aligned, the foundation adopts the secondary grouting method, and the anchor bolts and nuts are tightened evenly at the same time after the cement mortar is solidified. If the fan is equipped with a sound insulation cover, the sound insulation cover will be assembled on site after the roots wind turbine is installed. The installation of the sound insulation cover should ensure the tightness and prevent sound leakage, which will affect the noise reduction effect of the sound insulation cover.
