How the pressure gauge is installed

Pressure gauge national standard "General Pressure Gauges" GB/T1226-2001 in No. 4.1.2 instruments are divided into direct installation pressure gauges, embedded (disc) pressure gauges, and convex (wall-mounted) pressure gauges according to threaded joints and installation methods.

1. The installation position of the pressure gauge should meet the requirements of the installation state, the dial should not be placed horizontally, and the height of the installation position should be convenient for the staff to observe.

2. The distance between the installation place of the pressure gauge and the pressure measurement point should be as short as possible, and the intact sealing should be ensured, and no leakage should occur.

3. There should be a buffer at the front end of the installed pressure gauge; In order to facilitate inspection, a shut-off valve should be installed under the instrument; When the medium is dirty or has pulse pressure, filters, buffers and stabilizing gases can be used.
