1.Roots blower

The roots blower is a positive displacement blower, which is a kind of rotary blower, which uses two or three lobe rotors to move relative to each other in the cylinder to transport gas. Due to the continuous rotation of the rotor, the pumped gas is sucked from the air inlet to the air between the rotor and the pump casing, and then discharged through the exhaust port, and the gas is not compressed through the roots blower.

2.Blast furnace blowers

At present, the blast furnace blowers all use vane fans, which are mainly divided into two categories: centrifugal and axial. The centrifugal blower has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, high efficiency at the design point and low noise.

3.Magnetic levitation blower

A magnetic levitation blower is a type of turbine that uses magnetic bearings. Its main structure is that the blower impeller is directly installed on the extended end of the motor shaft, and the rotor is vertically suspended on the active magnetic bearing controller, which does not need a speeder and coupling, and is directly driven by a high-speed motor. The core of the single-stage high-speed centrifugal blower regulated by the frequency converter is the magnetic bearing and permanent magnet motor technology.

4.Single-pole high-speed centrifugal blower

Single-pole high-speed centrifugal blower is a product developed in the 90s of the 20th century with the application of "ternary flow theory" in the design of centrifugal compressors and blowers. The single-pole high-speed centrifugal blower adopts the ternary flow design theory in the design, so that the efficiency of the single-pole centrifugal blower is as high as 82%, which is far better than the multi-pole centrifugal blower, and the axial inlet guide vane adjustment device is used in the structure, under constant pressure, the flow adjustment is 65%~105% of the rated current, and the single flow adjustment range is 45%-100%, so that the operation under low load conditions also has higher efficiency, which is the advantage that the low-speed multi-pole blower and roots blower do not have.

5.Air suspension centrifugal blower

Air suspension centrifugal blower is a new concept of centrifugal blower, drawing on the turbine engine of aviation and spacecraft, applying advanced air suspension technology, using the two high-end core technologies of "high-speed direct motor" and "air suspension bearing", which improves the speed gear coupling, cooling system and oil lubrication system of the traditional single-stage high-speed turbo blower, and greatly improves the technical performance and operational reliability of the product.
